Mac mighty mouse cleaning with cloth

When you face any stuck or some difficulties ( slowness or in smooth movement ) with your Mac might use , you can make it OK with a clean lint-free cloth.

• Place your clean cloth on a table
• Hold your Mighty Mouse upside down
• Move your mouse in a circular motion with the ball against the cloth for about a minute.

After this you mouse ball should be clean and perfect to use. Don't press heavily while cleaning ( it may damage your mouse )

Cleaning Computer Mouse ball

There is a chance of stuck or damages for your mouse due to dust and other obstacles by long term use. Its better to clean Computer Mouse ball once in a month.These are the steps for cleaning a Computer Mouse ball of your computer system ( not for optical mouse )

• First you need to Shut down your computer
• Then Disconnect the mouse from the PS2 or serial port.
• Turn the mouse upside down.
• Unlock the ball-cover ring by turning it in the direction shown by arrow icons in the plastic. If the mouse has no arrows, push and turn counterclockwise.
• Remove the ring and ball.
• Rinse the ball with light warm water.
• Use a cotton swab covered with isopropyl alcohol to remove all dust.
• Carefully scrape the three rollers with a paper clip to remove rubber.
• Clean rollers with a swab dipped in alcohol.
• Reassemble mouse when all the parts are dry ( make sure its not wet ) .
• Reconnect the mouse to your computer.

Please not : Never use these type of mouses in rough surfaces .. its Mouse ball will damage ... Better always use a mouse pad
